On February 13^th and 16^th, 2023, Mr. Johnson Chan and Ms. Martha Ng presented a workshop on presentation skills and provided individualized presentation feedback for four studios of postgraduate level students enrolled in the Master of Architecture programme run by the School of Architecture. This is the seventh year that the English Across the Curriculum Project has collaborated with the School of Architecture to help its postgraduate level students improve their presentation skills in preparation for their midterm and final reviews. The workshop reviewed several strategies that students can use to help engage an audience during a presentation. Following the workshop, students were provided with an opportunity to practice presenting their design and receive feedback. The workshop was well received by students who found the workshop content useful and the feedback helpful. The EAC team is pleased with how this intervention went and looks forward to returning for the second part in April 2023.
