On 5 October 2023, Ms. Molly Tuttle conducted two identical sessions of an online workshop on final-year project (FYP) report writing for Mechanical and Automation Engineering (MAE) undergraduate students. Students were presented with the overall structural conventions of FYP reports and provided examples of common language features and important considerations when writing each key section. In a feedback survey, students complimented the teacher’s clear delivery and enthusiasm and reported that the workshop improved their understanding of the general language and structural requirements of an FYP report. The EAC team looks forward to future collaborations with the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering.
