In this third consecutive year of collaboration with the Department of Cultural and Religious studies, two more workshops were conducted by Ms Jenna Collett, assistant lecturer at ELTU, for the course Fieldwork in Indian Religions (CURE3377) in term 2 of the 2018-19 academic year. The first workshop, which was held on January 29, 2019, focused on critical book report writing. The aim was to guide students in distinguishing between an expository book report and a critical book report in terms of language use. The other workshop, which was held on February 19, 2019, concentrated on academic citation and referencing style which supplemented the first workshop. According to the post-workshop evaluations, the students enjoyed the in-class activities where they were able to practice citations and review the important features of a critical book report.
