BME FYP Writing Workshop II Apr 2024

On April 2 and April 5, 2024 Ms Laura Buddle conducted two workshop sessions on final year project (FYP) report writing. The workshop was designed for final year students of the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME). Via Zoom students were instructed on the style and language features of BME FYP reports. In addition, Ms Buddle spoke about common language errors and provided students with tips on how to avoid them. In a post-workshop survey, students provided overwhelmingly positive feedback. The written responses showed that students were particularly satisfied with Ms Buddle’s concise teaching, clear instructions, and analysis of previous student samples. The EAC team is looking forward to continuing the collaboration with the BME Department.
