Launched in the 2025–2026 academic year, the SEMC Student Leader initiative invites passionate and proactive students to take part in a unique leadership experience. Recruitment begins in Term 1, where selected SEMC Student Leaders work in teams to plan and organize a social English meet-up for Term 2.
Whether you have an exciting event idea, wish to strengthen your communication and project management skills, or simply enjoy event planning, this initiative offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to your campus life.
Our SEMC Student Leaders will receive a certificate and a letter of recognition from the Director of the English Language Teaching Unit (ELTU), acknowledging their contributions to language enhancement and cultural exchange.
