This course is specifically designed to prepare second-year students in the School of Chinese Medicine for effective communication in a range of healthcare contexts where Chinese medicine is practised.  It aims to enhance students’ writing and speaking skills that are essential to explaining Chinese medicine concepts and terms in lay language, disseminating health information to the general public, communicating with patients, etc.  Coursework includes (1)simulated consultations, (2)community presentations, and (3)feature writing.
