On 10 September 2025, Mr Johnson Chan conducted a communication skills guest lecture for the MEDF1041 Interprofessional Healthcare I class, focusing on communication etiquette and team building. The workshop aimed to achieve four objectives: (1) demonstrate online communication etiquette; (2) demonstrate interpersonal communication skills within the context of group work; (3) introduce a theory of team building; and (4) demonstrate interpersonal communication skills within the context of team building. Overall, students provided positive feedback about the session. Students provided positive feedback about the experience, complimenting Mr Chan’s engaging delivery style and practicality of the content. The EAC team is pleased with the outcomes of the workshop and looks forward to the continued collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine.
