On 21 and 22 October 2025, Mr Chris Rozendaal conducted two identical in-person workshop sessions on Final Year Project (FYP) report writing for undergraduate students in the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME). Mr Rozendaal instructed students on the purpose and essential questions of an FYP report, as well as its structure and the use of adequate academic language. Using student samples, he encouraged participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge in interactive activities. Students received a handout for their independent revision of the content, and the workshop concluded with a quiz. Feedback from students after the workshop was very positive, with them highlighting the clear and concise teaching style and easy-to-follow content as particular strengths. The EAC team looks forward to continuing to collaborate with the BME department.
