On 27 October 2025, Mr Alan Wong conducted a response paper feedback session in Dr Tim Rosenkranz’s course, ANTH1100 Understanding Anthropology. With reference to the class’ first response paper submission, the session presented good and bad samples. The objectives of the workshop are 1) to evaluate students’ own writing with a particular focus on the structure and information flow, 2) to avoid similar issues in their future response papers, and 3) to proofread their own writing with a higher level of English language awareness. The workshop served as a review of student writing, and students were engaged in class discussions and exercises. The overall feedback received was positive, with students indicating that the session was detailed and practical.
