- Who exactly is your best customer / client?
- Why is this the right time for this product or service?
- How much feedback have you received so far?
- Why are you the right person to be on to achieve this?
- What motivates you?
- Who are your competitors?
- What are your strengths and advantages over your competitors?
- How do your features differ? How do you better solve the problem now than others?
- How much is your budget?
- How long will it take to become self-sustainable or profitable?
- What is your timetable / what are your milestones?
- What are the biggest risks to my investment?
- What is your plan B if the current plan cannot go as proceeded?
